Today, our company buzzed with joy during the Q2 Birthday Celebration. Ten birthday honorees received crimson red envelopes, embodying our tradition of recognizing dedication. Colleagues gathered for tiered cake presentations, blowing out candles to cheerful applause. Chilled milk tea stations offered customized sweetness levels, catering to diverse preferences.
The heat-combatting hero was authentic Sih Geng Tang. Our culinary team crafted this Fujian specialty with crystal ice, diced watermelon, mango, taro balls, and honey-soaked lotus seeds. Its refreshing balance mirrored our operational philosophy: precision in every element.
We formally onboarded 3 new professionals. Two joined the Quality Control (QC) Team, bringing expertise in metallurgical testing protocols. The other entered the Machining Department, specializing in high-G centrifugal systems for semiconductor wafer polishing. Each newcomer shared personal mottos during introductions, receiving welcoming ovations.
General Manager Wang anchored the event with a strategic review. He announced 23% H1 order growth, crediting cross-functional collaboration. For H2, Wang emphasized dual missions:
1) Market penetration: Obtaining orders from North America, Europe, and emerging countries
2) Quality evolution: Implementing blockchain-tracked inspection records
"Our centrifuges transform raw materials into refined outputs," Wang stated. "Likewise, we’ll refine our teamwork to elevate client deliverables." Attendees later participated in a "Cool Connections" workshop, engineering heat-dissipating device housings using company components.
