Poor Contact

4. The circuit is connected and disconnected.
Cause: There is a non-metallic excess between the contacts or the film resistance exceeds the tolerance. The socket is deformed after several insertions and extractions, and the elasticity of the point piece is insufficient
Solution: 1) Clean with alcohol and dry with hot air.
2) Reciprocating insertion will damage the oxide film layer to meet the requirements.

5. Wire damage, rupture and short circuit.
Cause: When winding the harness, the force on a single wire is too large. The wire parts do not take into account the random position differences between the wires to leave margins and the termination process is poor, such as virtual welding and virtual welding. Solution: Replace new contacts (crimping), weld (weld) again and straighten the harness
Poor Insulation
1. Short circuit, too large insulation resistance
Cause: High humidity in the application environment, severe pollution, water or other liquids penetrate into the insulator, and metal residues fall into the inside.
Solution: Improve the use scenario and clean the outside with ethanol. Redundancy, dry with hot air
2. Insulator damage
Cause: Too much insertion and extraction force, internal defects of the insulator, and external force damage.
Solution: Replace the connector or insulator
Poor Fixation
1. Damage to the casing
Reason: Internal defects of the casing, damage by external forces
Solution: Replace the connector or casing
2. The bayonet connector is loose after insertion.
Reason: The corrugated torsion spring is broken.
Solution: Replace the plug or corrugated torsion spring
3. The bayonet connector is stuck after insertion.
Reason: The quality of the corrugated torsion spring is poor and the elasticity is unstable
Solution: Replace the bottle plug or corrugated torsion spring
4. The plug and socket cannot match.
Reason: Misuse, inconsistent keys.
Solution: If this fault occurs, do not force insertion. Check the layout of the holes and the key position to complete the correct fit.
Poor Sealing
Damage to the seal causes leakage
Reason: The stress of the glass insulator will cause cracking and damage, and the installation gasket will be ineffective.
Solution: Replace the sealed socket or gasket.
