Termination Process
Cable Preparation:
Strip the outer jacket of the cable to reveal the inner conductors.
Leave approximately 20-30 mm of exposed conductors for ease of termination.
Strip the Inner Wires:
Strip about 5-7 mm of insulation from each individual wire.
Be careful not to nick or cut the conductors.
Insert Wires into Connector:
For connectors with screw terminals, loosen the screws to allow wire insertion.
