Requirements for testing environment
Under normal light source conditions, place the product on the workbench, 30CM away, and view the product at a 45 degree angle.
Packaging inspection standard
Each product packaging box and inner box must be marked with the corresponding product name, specification, material number, quantity, and environmental protection signs. The packaging must not have mixed materials, wrong materials, moisture, deformation of the packaging box, or damage to the box. Each product packaging must have corresponding protective measures.
Visual inspection standard
The contact pin, socket pin or conductive part shall be free of deformation, bending, oxidation, dirt, etc. Use vernier caliper and micrometer to check whether the product length and outer diameter are within the standard range.
Functional check
Use a multimeter to check whether the resistance value at both ends of the conduction is within the standard. Put the product pin into a 270 ± 5 ℃ tin melting furnace for soldering resistance, take it out of the tin furnace, and measure its function 3 hours later. The function is consistent with that before the test and there is no heat loss.
Precautions for functional inspection:

2. Weldability and welding heat resistance shall be subject to 10PCS for each batch
