Welding steps
1. Prepare for welding Prepare the solder wire and soldering iron; at this time, the soldering iron head should be kept clean, that is, it can be dipped in solder;
2. Heat the weldment and contact the soldering iron with the soldering point. Note that first, the soldering iron should be kept heating all parts of the weldment, and secondly, the flat part of the soldering iron head should be in contact with the weldment with larger heat capacity to keep the weldment evenly heated;
3. Melt the solder When the weldment is heated to a temperature that can melt the solder, place the solder wire on the soldering point, and the solder begins to melt and wet the soldering point;
4. Remove the solder When a certain amount of solder is melted, remove the solder wire;
5. Remove the soldering iron When the solder completely wets the soldering point, remove the soldering iron. Note that the direction of removing the soldering iron should be approximately 45°.
Welding wiring operation tips
1. When stripping the wire, you must control the strength and do not damage the metal core of the wire when stripping the outer skin
2. Strictly follow the welding operation procedures, and the welding temperature should be within 380°±40°
3. The welding time for each point should not exceed 3 seconds to avoid burning the insulator
4. After welding, check the welding points to ensure that the welding is even and firm
5. Use a hot air blower to heat the heat shrink tube to protect the welded solder joints
