2. The surface of the wire duct is rough, and knots and cloud-like ripples appear① The material mixing quality is poor and uneven. The mixing process should be checked to improve the quality
② The die temperature is low. The die temperature should be appropriately increased.
③ Excessive external lubrication. The amount of external lubricant should be reduced.
④ The inner wall of the die is sticky with precipitates. The die should be cleaned.
⑤ The die resistance is not enough. The cross-section of the filter screen and filter plate should be reduced to increase the extrusion volume.
3. The size of the wire groove has errors and deformation

② The traction is too fast and the extrusion volume is insufficient. The traction speed should be appropriately reduced and the rotation speed should be increased.
